Can you quote from photos?
Photos help us understand the job. For our current service we prefer to visit larger clearances before confirming the final fixed quote.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not necessarily. We can discuss access arrangements when we speak and agree what works for the property.
What if there are valuables or important documents?
Tell us anything that must stay. We also take care around personal documents, photographs and items that may have sentimental or resale value.
What is Contents Credit?
If suitable items have realistic reuse or resale value, we may offer a Contents Credit against the cost of the clearance.
Do you clear a whole house or just part of it?
Both. We can discuss full and partial house clearances, as well as loft, garage and storage contents.
What affects the quote?
The amount to clear, access, stairs, parking, labour, disposal requirements and any unusually large or awkward items all matter.
